Leichhardt Out Of School Hours (LOOSH) is excited to have you join our LOOSH family. We strive to ensure we can meet the needs of every family within the community by providing Before, After and Vacation Care.
To embark on this journey with us please complete the forms below and read our family handbook and policies and procedures.
Please note that when you enrol your child at LOOSH the overall process may take up to two weeks. An email confirmation must be received before you can request casual bookings or routine bookings. After the email confirmation you can email through casual booking requests to admin@loosh.org.au. For routine bookings please place your request through My Family Lounge via their website.

Easy Steps
- Visit the My Family Lounge website link, and create an account. You may need to verify your account via email once registered. For families with EXISTING My Family Lounge account not with LOOSH please use this link.
- When creating the account follow the prompts to start your child’s enrolment. When adding our service for LOOSH please remember to search for ‘Leichhardt Out Of School Hours’ or ‘St. Fiacre’s Catholic Primary School’, depending on which school your child attends. Once completed select ‘submit’ to lodge the enrolment to the service.
- Once the enrolment form has been submitted, please create a ‘booking request’ for permanent bookings. For Casual bookings our admin will create an ongoing booking that you can request to be activated on particular days. By submitting a ‘booking request’ you will automatically place your child on the waitlist.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for enrolments to be processed.
- Once an offer is made via My Family Lounge you may accept and confirm via your login to the My Family Lounge website.
- Confirmation of your Child Care Subsidy via Centrelink.
- A Kinderloop invitation will be sent to you for acceptance.
