Leichhardt Out Of School Hours (LOOSH) is excited to have you join our LOOSH family. We strive to ensure we can meet the needs of every family within the community by providing Before, After and Vacation Care.
To embark on this journey with us please complete the forms below and read our family handbook and policies and procedures.
Please note that when you enrol your child at LOOSH the overall process may take up to two weeks. An email confirmation must be received before you can request casual bookings or routine bookings. After the email confirmation you can email through casual booking requests to admin@loosh.org.au. For routine bookings please place your request through OWNA app.

Easy Steps
- Visit the OWNA website link, and select the service you will be enrolling your child in.
- Please select your ideal Before School Care and After School Care Days for permanent bookings. For Casual bookings please select “Casual/Vacation Care,” this will allow you to request one off casual bookings or vacation care days (pending completion of your child’s enrolment).
- When creating the account follow the prompts to start your child’s enrolment, ensure you complete all the required fields. If your child has a medical condition, please ensure you attach an in date Medical Management Plan signed by a Medical Practitioner.
- Once completed select ‘submit’ to lodge the enrolment to the service. This Cheatsheet will assist you in setting up your account if you’re experiencing difficulties.
- If you use OWNA with a different childcare service, you will need to set up two profiles, please follow the instructions provided in this guide

Please allow at least 2 weeks for enrolments to be processed.
- Pending availability our team will manually update your child’s booking pattern on OWNA, and we will contact you via email to confirm the booking pattern.
- Please log on to Centrelink to confirm your child’s enrolment with LOOSH.
- A Kinderloop invitation will be sent to you for acceptance.
