Before School Care
7am-9am, 2hrs a day
Leichhardt Out Of School Hours (LOOSH) operates a Before School Care program during the school term and is open to Leichhardt Public School children. If you are not a part of LOOSH, join today by clicking ENROL NOW at the bottom of the page.
Our Before School Care service price for permanent bookings is $20.00 and casual bookings are $22.00. Casual bookings are subject to availability we do encourage families to email admin@loosh.org.au at least 2 days prior to their requested booking.
Children who attend St. Fiacre’s Catholic Primary School are able to use the service at our Leichhardt premises by submitting a Walk to School Permission Form For The Regular Transportation (Walk) Of Children To St. Fiacre’s Catholic Primary School. Children who attend St. Fiacre’s Catholic Primary School will be walked to school at 8.15am and signed out of LOOSH when children have arrived at school. Parents will be notified of their arrival.
- We ask that parents ensure children are signed in via the iPad at the school gate where will be greeted by an educator.
- We provide children with breakfast, between 7:30am and 8:30am, offering a range of cereals, toast and spreads. We also offer a special breakfast on Wednesdays.
- The children may engage with “a combination of planned experiences” and activities both indoors and outside.
- Signed out into the care of the Leichhardt Public School Staff.

After School Care
3pm-6pm, 3hrs a day
Leichhardt Out Of School Hours (LOOSH) operates an After School Care program during the school term and is open to Leichhardt Public School and St. Fiacres School children. If you are not a part of LOOSH, join today by clicking ENROL NOW at the top of the page.
Our After School Care service price for permanent bookings is $30.00 and casual bookings are $32.00.
- At 3pm the children will be signed out of School and into the care of LOOSH.
- We offer a range of foods based on the Australian Healthy Eating Guidelines. We also cater to dietary requirements.
- We will have a combination of planned experiences with indoor and outdoor activities.
- We ask that parents ensure children are signed out via the iPad at the school gate where they will be greeted by an educator.

Vacation Care
7.30am-6pm, 10.5 hours a day
Leichhardt Out Of School Hours (LOOSH) operates a Vacation Care program during the school holidays for all Leichhardt and St. Fiacres children. If you are not a part of LOOSH, join today by clicking Enrol Now. We do offer spots to the Leichhardt wider community.
Vacation Care bookings can be done once you have enrolled at the Leichhardt OOSH service and enrolment is confirmed. Casual Vacation Care bookings can then be made via the My Family Lounge app.
Our Vacation Care program prices are $88.00 for incursion days and $99.00 for excursion days.
We provide children with morning and afternoon tea. Families are required to provide their children with lunch.
Each Vacation Care day will have a combination of indoor and outdoor experiences as well as experiences run by external providers on-site, and excursions.
We ask that parents ensure children wear closed shoes, provide a hat for sun safety, and a water bottle that children can refill out our service.
If there are water activities, we encourage parents to provide spare clothes and in winter an extra jumper or jacket.
Our program for Vacation Care is released on the Monday of week seven each term preceding the holidays, the rolls will also be opened at this time for bookings to be made. Please email admin@loosh.org.au at any time for assistance.
